Armada Maritime Services' Pre-Purchase Inspections are thorough, efficient and specifically tailored to obtain a clear and realistic assessment of the vessel, and our in depth report of the inspection's findings enables the buyer to make well informed decisions regarding the vessel prior to purchase. 


We conduct  inspections on behalf of Ship owners, Ship managers, P&I Clubs, Financial Institutions and Insurers


Pre-Purchase inspections cover a detailed inspection and assessment of the condition "as sighted"  of the hull, machinery, deck fittings and equipment of the vessel accompanied by photos (as permitted), in order to determine the vessel’s current condition and value.  
In addition, we advise the client of any maintenance, upgrades, potential repairs or replacements that will be required, especially for large cost items, within specific time frames, and also discuss any items of concern.  


We can use our own inspection regime, developed from our experience so as to conduct the inspection in the most cost and time efficient manner, or we will follow a format provided by the client  if desired.
