Armada Maritime Services Pre-purchase and Condition surveys are thorough, efficient and specifically tailored to obtain a clear and realistic assessment of the vessel. Our in-depth report of the vessel's findings enables the buyer to make well-informed decisions regarding the vessel prior to purchase.

We conduct inspections of a wide variety of vessels (bulk carriers,  container ships, ro-ro's, tankers -oil, chemical & gas - vehicle carriers, livestock carriers, etc),  on behalf of Ship Owners, Ship Managers, P&I Clubs, Financial Institutions and Insurers.

Our surveys cover a detailed inspection and assessment of the condition "as sighted" of the hull, machinery, deck fittings and equipment of the vessel, accompanied by photos (as permitted) in order to determine the vessel's current condition. In addition, we will advise our client of any maintenance, upgrades, potential repairs or replacements that will be required, especially for large cost items, within specific time frames. We will also inspect and discuss any particular areas of concern as the client requires.

We can either use our own inspection regime, developed from our extensive experience in this area, or will follow a format provided by the client if desired.
